The rental Chevy with Massachusetts plates has reached Rhinebeck! Only one tiny snafu at a rest stop when a stranger hopped into my car and asked if I’d gotten rid of the cans. (I have never seen someone exit a car as fast as she did.) And now, I’m tucked away in a house with friends and far too much food. Will I see you tomorrow at the show? I’ll be in the authors area signing babies and giving hugs from 11am to 2pm both days. (The rest of the time I’ll be scolding babies and slapping people but would still love to see you.)
