After a busy morning of errands in which we followed the exact same itinerary as a boisterous man in Bermuda shorts driving a giant SUV from Texas—about whom we’ve made up a rich little side narrative—we returned safely home just as our rear passenger tire went completely flat. Instead of griping about the tire, I’ll focus on gratitude for making it safely home so I can watch the bees in the garden and make leisurely posts on social media until AAA arrives.
