One of my goals for this year has been to step out of my yarn comfort zone and challenge some of my long-held assumptions. I’ve been looking at the machine-washable process, giving novelty a second glance, and, in the latest review (link in profile), finding beauty and functionality in a seemingly innocuous wool/cotton blend. I had way too much fun swatching Holst Garn Coast: handwashed at left, and tossed in the washer and dryer at right. Up close, it’s all so delicious.
