Now that this deadline hurdle is behind me I just want to write a little love letter to @bluehillpubliclibrary. Thank you for being there all these months, for being so beautiful and comfortable and welcoming and quiet, for having plants in the windows and music on the turntables and paintings on the walls and hot water in the kettle and stamps on the toilet paper and the perfect table from which I would work my butt off under the gaze of the other (five?) books of mine in your collection. At an age when books can be had with a click, you prove that the public library remains a vital cultural center. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you. Thank you. #librariesofknitlandia
